It’s been said that man cannot live on soup alone, but I’ve verified that woman can!

Soups are actually one of my favorite foods - boil up a beef marrow bone, put in seasonings, veggies, meat, habanero peppers, etc., and wow, does it keep you full for quite awhile.

Put in a cabbage leaf, I suppose, and you get cabbage soup. :)

Seriously speaking, however, you really need to do your due diligence on this idea. If you’re normal (ie, you DON’T live on soup day in, day out, for your entire lifespan), the Cabbage Soup diet probably ain’t for you! And please oh please, do NOT get seduced by the Cabbage Soup Diet Pill - that has to be one of the most ridiculous ideas I’ve seen in decades.

I will admit, some of the general soup recipes above do sound yummy. :) But not for weight loss.
